Pro nahlášení porušení autorských práv nám napište na clawcore.art@gmail.com s předmětem „DMCA / Oznámení o porušení autorských práv“ a uveďte:

• Identifikaci díla, jehož autorská práva byla dle vás porušena;
• Přesnou URL adresu (adresy) na clawcore.com, kde se údajně nezákonný obsah nachází;
• Vaše jméno, poštovní adresu, e-mail a telefonní číslo;
• Prohlášení, že jste v dobré víře přesvědčeni, že sporné užití nebylo autorizováno vlastníkem práv, jeho zástupcem, ani zákonem;
• Prohlášení pod hrozbou trestní odpovědnosti za nepravdivé svědectví, že jste vlastníkem autorských práv nebo jste oprávněni jednat jeho jménem;

We review valid notices promptly and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the reported material. We will make a reasonable effort to notify the party who posted or supplied the material of the removal and the reason for it.

Platná oznámení posuzujeme neprodleně a v odůvodněných případech nahlášený obsah odstraníme nebo znepřístupníme. Osobu, která obsah zveřejnila nebo dodala, se přiměřeně pokusíme informovat o odstranění a jeho důvodu.

If you believe material you supplied was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to clawcore.art@gmail.com identifying the removed material, explaining why it was removed in error, and providing your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or, for Czech/EU residents, the Czech Republic) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Pokud se domníváte, že váš obsah byl odstraněn omylem nebo v důsledku nesprávné identifikace, můžete zaslat protioznámení na clawcore.art@gmail.com, ve kterém identifikujete odstraněný obsah, vysvětlíte, proč k odstranění došlo omylem, a uvedete své jméno, adresu, telefonní číslo a prohlášení o souhlasu s příslušností soudů ve vaší jurisdikci (případně v České republice), včetně souhlasu s doručováním od strany, která podala původní oznámení.
