1. Ko-fi Order Processing & Confirmation

Order Placement: All physical product orders are initiated through our dedicated Ko-fi shop or via a custom Ko-fi commission payment.

Processing Time: All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, typically 3-5 business days after payment confirmation on Ko-fi. This timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Carriers

Estimated Delivery: Shipping delivery estimates are calculated from the moment the carrier picks up the package, not from the time the order is placed on Ko-fi.

Carrier Liability: Once an order is shipped, its transit time and final delivery are the responsibility of the designated shipping carrier (zasilkovna...).We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, adverse weather conditions, or other external events outside our control.

3. Packaging & Handling

Careful Packaging: We strive to package all Ko-fi shop items carefuly to prevent damage during transit.

Handling Fee: A nominal handling fee may be included in the shipping cost to cover Ko-fi platform transaction fees, packaging materials, and order preparation.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

In Transit Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery through Ko-fi) with your Ko-fi order details and photographic evidence of the damage.

Lost Shipments: We will assist in tracking lost packages. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will follow the carrier's claims process to seek a resolution, which may involve a replacement or a refund. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

5. International Shipping

Custom & Duties: International customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged upon delivery. These cost are separate from the product and shipping costs paid on Ko-Fi.
